At UEC Business, a quality education is just the beginning. From welfare support to fun social activities, our wide range of student services will help you succeed – academically and beyond!

Airport transfers

An UEC Business Institute Representative can pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your accommodation. Be sure to let us know at least 14 days before you arrive if you need this service.

Airport fees start from $165 one way.

Orientation program

Your orientation will take place on your first day of class, during study hours. A compulsory program for all new students, orientation is held at:

Orientation is designed to familiarise you with Australian culture and customs, as well as everything we offer at UEC Business.

Course and enrolment advice

You will have the opportunity to consult with your teachers and/or trainers, and our Student Services team at orientation.

They are your points of contact for ongoing course advice and direction. We can also help you throughout the application process – just ask!

Counselling

You will be supported every step of the way when you study at UEC Business.

Our trainers and staff can help you with anything you need. So if you need academic or welfare support, please make an appointment with Student Services today.

Health cover

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is a requirement for getting a student visa. If you are looking for a trustworthy and student-friendly insurance, we recommend Bupa – a trusted partner of UEC Business.

Banking

Opening a bank account is the best way to secure, access and manage your money in Australia.

We can help you organise this before you arrive, with one of Sydney’s four major banks: ANZ, CBA, NAB and Westpac.

To keep you and our community safe, building access is only available during our opening hours

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am-9pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5pm

When you are on campus, please take care of your belongings. If your personal items are stolen, UEC Business Institute will not be responsible.

Lost and found

Lost something at UEC Business? Check to see if it’s with Reception.

Or, if you have found an item that doesn’t belong to you, please bring it to Reception so that we can keep it safe until the owner collects it.
